About The Position

Summary: This role supports digital content management, recruitment operations, and administrative coordination to enhance brand visibility and streamline hiring processes. Essential Functions Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram. Maintain structured content calendars to support employer branding and recruitment marketing. Track engagement and digital performance metrics. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring logistics. Post and manage job listings and support onboarding workflows. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to digitally promote open roles and talent initiatives. Provide administrative support to leadership, operations, and sales teams, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.   Non-Essential Functions Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.
  • History of working in (or willing to train under) harsh environmental conditions and in proximity to hazardous equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Emotionally intelligent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and basic analytics tools.
