The Digital Content Manager is responsible for shaping and managing the museum’s web content ecosystem, including oversight of the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring that digital content supports institutional goals, enhances the user experience, and reflects the museum’s brand, voice, and mission. As a key member of the Digital Strategy team within Brand Strategy and Communications, this role bridges strategy, editorial planning, multimedia storytelling, and UX design—elevating the quality of all content across our platforms to ensure it is clear, structured, engaging, and accessible. The role will collaborate across departments to plan and execute web content that supports exhibitions, programming, membership, education, and more—delivering engaging and inclusive digital experiences for Crystal Bridges’ and the Momentary’s online audiences.
