For many, the Wellesley website is their first official introduction to the College and the value of a Wellesley education. The digital content manager is responsible for ensuring that the College’s website is not only accurate and accessible but also a powerful, consistent reflection of Wellesley’s brand and mission. Reporting to the director of digital marketing and communications, the digital content manager works closely with College stakeholders and website editors through the website creation and maintenance processes, informing them of branding standards and best practices regarding content, layout, accessibility, navigation, and usability. Key duties include writing web copy, selecting images, creating webpages, and monitoring analytics to ensure continuous quality and effectiveness.
