The UX/UI Team is comprised of digital marketers focused on hundreds of higher education marketing websites and landing pages. Our disciplines include content strategy, UX strategy, product management, digital design, and content management. We collaborate internally and with other stakeholders to manage our digital properties, support our partners, drive conversions, and enhance user experience. Job Summary As part of the Digital Content Administration team, the Digital Content Management Specialist integrates new content into the content management systems (CMS) and manages governance of existing content updates across multiple sites and landing pages. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including SEO, Integrated Marketing Managers, Developers, etc., as well as various external stakeholders to coordinate website efforts under strict deadlines. The ideal candidate has CMS experience, can adapt based on needs, remains patient under pressure, is collaborative and kind, embraces change, is unfazed by shifting priorities, and can deliver high-quality work at a fast pace.
