The UX/UI Team is comprised of digital marketers focused on hundreds of higher education marketing websites and landing pages. Our disciplines include content strategy, UX strategy, product management, digital design, and content management. We collaborate internally and with other stakeholders to manage our digital properties, support our partners, drive conversions, and enhance user experience. Job Summary As part of the Digital Content Administration team, the Digital Content Management Specialist integrates new content into the content management systems (CMS) and manages governance of existing content updates across multiple sites and landing pages. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including SEO, Integrated Marketing Managers, Developers, etc., as well as various external stakeholders to coordinate website efforts under strict deadlines. The ideal candidate has CMS experience, can adapt based on needs, remains patient under pressure, is collaborative and kind, embraces change, is unfazed by shifting priorities, and can deliver high-quality work at a fast pace. Requirements

  • Bachelors
  • Experience working in WordPress, Drupal (experience with other CMS platforms is also welcomed)
  • Ability to adapt to a deadline-driven, changing work environment
  • Proven track record of high-quality execution with a customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Functional knowledge of website construction, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and proactively with individuals across multiple teams and departments
  • Resourceful, high-energy team player who is flexible and adaptable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive both as an individual contributor and as a collaborator.

Responsibilities

  • Review, upload, edit, and organize web content for our partners, including text, images, videos, and documents
  • Oversee site governance across multiple web properties, ensuring consistency by upholding best practices.
  • Communication with stakeholders and team members via meetings, emails, Workfront, and Microsoft Teams
  • Trouble-shooting and problem-solving, including recommendations for ideal user experience based on partner needs
  • Perform in accordance with Risepoint Policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
