Room & Board has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Copywriter to join our Marketing Team (internally referred to as Brand Experience), reporting to the Copy Director. This role supports the team responsible for strengthening Room & Board’s visibility across digital channels and enhancing our customers' experience through thoughtful, on-brand content. This position is designed to deepen and expand our digital storytelling by researching, writing, and optimizing content that supports search visibility, social engagement, and the overall customer journey. As our digital presence continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve into greater ownership of content strategy and cross channel initiatives over time. We are open to teaching our systems and tools—what matters most is curiosity, strong partnership skills, and a desire to grow while creating thoughtful, customer-centric content together. Please note: This role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are not considering applications from remote candidates.
