About The Position

The Digital Communications Specialist role is responsible for leading the strategy, production, and execution of high-impact video and visual communications that strengthen internal culture, employer branding, and brand consistency across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and creative execution—owning the development of internal video communications, leadership messaging, recruitment content, development training videos, and branded visual assets that reinforce who we are and how we show up. This individual will elevate our internal communications experience and help attract, retain, and develop top talent through compelling, on-brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in video production, internal communications, employer branding, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing internal communications, recruitment videos, and brand storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) Motion graphics and animation Video editing and sound design
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience partnering with executives and leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and visual identity systems.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Video Strategy & Production Develop and own the internal video communications roadmap.
  • Produce and edit executive messages, company updates, town halls, and leadership communications.
  • Create development and training videos that support onboarding, leadership growth, and operational excellence.
  • Build recurring internal video series (culture spotlights, team wins, recognition features, etc.).
  • Manage full production lifecycle: concept, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, and distribution.
  • Ensure videos align with brand standards and internal messaging priorities.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Create recruitment videos highlighting culture, career paths, leadership, and team testimonials.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to define and articulate the employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Develop social ready recruitment video assets for LinkedIn, job boards, and career pages.
  • Capture and amplify real team stories that reinforce our mission and core values.
  • Internal Branding & Visual Communications Design branded internal graphics, templates, and presentation visuals.
  • Develop motion graphics and animated content for meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all internal communication platforms.
  • Create branded toolkits for leadership presentations and internal campaigns.
  • Support major initiatives with cohesive visual storytelling (acquisition rollouts, etc.).
  • Performance & Optimization Track engagement metrics for internal and recruitment video content.
  • Analyze view-through rates, completion rates, and adoption metrics.
  • Continuously refine messaging, pacing, and formats based on performance.
  • Maintain organized video asset library and internal content repository.
