Office Work Model: Hybrid — In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday The Digital Communications Intern will assist the NRF social media director and digital content manager with planning and creating content and reports that grow and enhance NRF’s channels.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student with at least senior standing with coursework or experience in marketing, communications, English or digital strategy
  • Must be a strong writer
  • Must be curious, creative and have strong critical thinking skills
  • Interest in building reports and analyzing content metrics
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to summarize data and insights in written and graphical formats
  • Working knowledge and comfort working across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe suite and/or websites is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the NRF Digital Communications team in planning, developing, publishing and reporting on digital content, including podcasts, blog posts and other web content
  • Assist with developing weekly analytics reports
  • Perform web updates as requested
  • Assist with podcast research, planning, reporting/analyzing and production
  • Other duties as assigned
