This position works across both Van Buren and St. Joseph Counties to modernize public-facing communications, implement user-friendly digital services, and support county departments with content strategy, citizen engagement, and cross-jurisdictional messaging. The role combines technical skills in website development with a strong understanding of strategic communications and public sector storytelling.
