About The Position
This role involves leading the strategy and growth of our digital commerce platforms, which include DG Delivery, Ship-to-Home, and Marketplace. The Digital Commerce Manager will oversee boosting revenue and optimizing channel efficiency. This manager will be data-savvy and can use insights to improve sales, conversion rates, and order values. Knowledge in direct-to-consumer and last mile delivery is a must. Teamwork is also key, as you'll collaborate with various departments to enhance the shopping experience and increase customer engagement and retention.
