About The Position

Supercharge our owned ecosystem. You will run day-to-day Shopify site operations and CRO, power Klaviyo campaigns and flows, coordinate organic social with our social media agency, and lead Consumer Affairs with our Gorgias VAs. You’ll also quarterback PRC ops for owned/organic content and deliver lightweight competitive snapshots via SimilarWeb and Talkwalker.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years operating D2C owned channels (Shopify, Klaviyo) with hands-on execution.
  • Detail-obsessed QA mindset, strong organization and documentation.
  • Experience coordinating social publishing and basic community management.
  • Comfort training/QA’ing offshore VAs, excellent written communication.
  • Familiarity with compliance workflows and Veeva PromoMats.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic HTML/CSS; CRO tools; light design (Figma/Canva).
  • GA4 fluency, schema/SEO hygiene, Bazaarvoice familiarity.
  • Health & wellness/CPG experience, DSHEA awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Website (Shopify) & Conversion Execute site updates, merchandising, and promo set-up; partner with our web dev agency for dev changes and bug fixes.
  • Build a CRO backlog; ship at least one test/month (e.g., PDP modules, bundles, sticky ATC, badge/claim treatments) with clean QA and tracking.
  • Maintain PDP accuracy, schema/SEO basics, and site-speed health.
  • Lifecycle & Email (Klaviyo) Maintain weekly campaign cadence with our VA, own QA (links, rendering, UTMs, legal lines) and post-send recaps.
  • Audit and optimize core flows (browse/cart/checkout abandonment, cross-sell, winback, replenishment).
  • Partner with social media agency for assets and with the Director for promo alignment.
  • Organic Social & Community Coordinate with social media agency on calendars and approvals, handle publishing QA, bios/pins/highlights, and community response workflows.
  • Surface community insights and FAQs back to brand.
  • Customer Service Ops (Gorgias + VAs) Own SOPs, macros, and training for VAs; conduct weekly QA and provide coaching.
  • Track first-response/resolution times and escalate product or site issues quickly.
  • PRC & Compliance Ops Manage intake, Veeva PromoMats uploads, edit tracking, and distribution of final assets for owned/organic content.
  • Ensure DSHEA-compliant claims, disclaimers, and file hygiene.
  • Competitive Listening (Lightweight) Deliver a monthly snapshot using SimilarWeb (traffic benchmarks) and Talkwalker (share of voice, sentiment highlights) with clear, actionable notes.
