About The Position

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for creating, executing, optimizing, and measuring effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns to engage new customers, target loyal customers, and deepen customer relationships for Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago's products and services through digital self-service platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Responsible for creating, executing, optimizing, and measuring effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns to engage new customers, target loyal customers, and deepen customer relationships for Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago's products and services through digital self-service platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. Responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns from planning and execution to analysis and optimization to ensure goals are supported and desired results are achieved. Typically works on projects that span 12 months - 2 years.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 7 years' experience preferred in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Must have previously demonstrated digital marketing experience including digital attribution marketing, utilizing customer PII data, understanding the rules and regulations governing data privacy, and effective digital advertising campaign management
  • Must have previous experience utilizing a SEM tool like SEMrush, Similarwb or Ahrefs for the creation of SEM campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create targeted digital campaigns utilizing provided campaign copy and creative assets. Write compelling ad copy, utilize urchin tracking module, (UTM) tags to track source, medium and campaign, manage bids and analyze campaign performance using platform tools.
  • Create and execute paid search engine marketing, (SEM) campaigns, including creating keyword lists, setting bid strategies, monitoring, and optimizing.
  • Target existing customers by uploading customer personal identifiable information (PII) data via application programming interfaces, (APIs) to self-service digital platforms for anonymized campaign targeting and attribution.
  • Target new customers using platform criteria, audience segments and targeting approaches like demographics, interests, behavior, and look alike audiences.
  • Optimize campaigns in real time to goals such as cost per click, website traffic, conversions, and other identified KPIs/success metrics.
  • Provide campaign performance reporting in a timely fashion including success measures like return on ad spend, (ROAS), return on investment, (ROI), location traffic, website traffic, website form fills, conversions, impressions, and revenue impact. Trend data and provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance analysis.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets.
  • Present campaign performance in various reports monthly and in meetings as necessary to coworkers and leaders.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for campaign strategy by staying informed of digital advertising and social media industry developments and adapting to the latest trends .
  • Strong digital and data analytics capabilities to interpret and communicate effective campaign outcomes, as well as leveraging data to further inform future campaign planning.

  • Technical Skill: Expert knowledge of particular field of specialization. Advanced knowledge of organization's technologies and practices.
  • Community Engagement: Understands social trends driving Goodwill's community engagement initiatives, and champions initiatives. Is aware of Goodwill's community partner organizations and participates in volunteer opportunities as pertains to role and interest. Participates in industry/knowledge groups.
  • Responsible for completing other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
