Our Broadband Digital Business Management team is at the forefront of building the customer-facing products and experiences that will continue to fuel our expansion in internet and fiber services for homes and small businesses. The Digital Business Manager owns key segments of the Broadband digital experience and is responsible for delivering results tied to our team’s engagement and activation targets. Using consumer and market insights, this role defines and influences innovative experiences that increase awareness, engagement, and drive sales. This position reports on, analyzes, and uses historical data, site/campaign performance, and research to inform and optimize site experiences. They launch and support new features and functionality to increase activations and support the overall customer experience. The Digital Business Manager executes against Broadband strategies that deliver incremental business value through exceptional web and app experiences. These experiences promote discovery and adoption of our Broadband products, features, and services. This role drives business growth by leveraging data to inform web merchandising placements across all our digital properties. The role also has a heavy focus on campaign and customer journey optimization across our Broadband properties. The Digital Marketing Manager has a test and learning mentality and is energized by continuous improvement. This position requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration, excellent analytical and communication skills with a strong bias for action. They also embody a growth mindset, and a spirit of curiosity to find opportunities to deliver impact and improve site experiences. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • Distill complex and multi-faceted strategies and articulate narratives into slide format
  • Source and manipulate complex data sets, including improving pivot tables and V-lookup
  • Skilled at managing content portfolios and how to govern allocation and optimize business goals
  • Build dashboards and other data visualization using tools like Adobe Analytics or Tableau
  • Develop customer segments and tailored content to increase engagement and drive business outcomes
  • Identify and drive A/B test methodology and implementation, leverage research methods to attain customer insights and inform strategy
  • Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and cost reduction
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • 4 years in Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, eCommerce or similar field
  • 4 years using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • 4 years in a cross-functional project management environment
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of Broadband B2C commerce experience responsible for site merchandising preferred
  • 3 years of working in wireless or other e-commerce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement digital experiences - landing pages, merchandising, in-app performance to support Broadband business goals, offers, device launches, and enterprise initiatives. This role also analyses relevant data and insights to inform and optimize campaign and site performance
  • Own the merchandising and traffic flow to move customers and prospects through the funnel and retain them. This includes the buildout of tailored experiences by audience and customer segment
  • Create artifacts needed to set up projects for success, including planning materials, impact sizing and forecasts, performance measurement, and applying findings to optimize results
  • Communicate marketing objectives, strategy, and achievements to key stakeholders
  • Optimize outcomes by analyzing performance, behavioral, customer and market data and insights
  • Develop test-and-learn plans leveraging consumer and market data to improve site experiences and functionality
  • Lead transformation through continual optimization and building efficient and scalable processes
  • Compile learnings and share best practices across teams
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
