The Business Development Manager (BDM), Digital Solutions for Enterprise Solutions (DSO) is responsible for developing, expanding, and supporting digital innovation and revenue growth exclusively within Dental Service Organizations across NAM. This role focuses entirely on the DSO business and does not support private practice. The BDM engages directly with national and multi-regional DSO leadership teams to advance digital workflows, drive adoption of Straumann Group’s digital portfolio, and support execution of enterprise-level initiatives that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Reporting to the Sr. Director Strategic Growth (East/West), the BDM collaborates closely with Enterprise Solutions leadership, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Training & Education, and field-based digital teams to accelerate growth, support digital transformation, and ensure aligned execution across the broader organization. This position requires up to 40% travel. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of a major airport.
