As a Digital Business Analyst, my objective is: To ensure all Simantel work meets the strategic and operational requirements of our clients and the agency. The outcomes I need to produce for clients are: Clients achieve their target outcomes from their work with us Ensure our work meets strategic, operational, and compliance requirements of the client Ensure all reporting from various digital marketing platforms including websites, social, media, email campaigns, and paid advertising channels is reviewed, aggregated, and validated for accuracy prior to client receipt Monitor campaigns for performance and work with the Strategist and channel partners to optimize campaigns based on client goals The outcomes I need to produce for the agency are: Develop measurement frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Define media, reporting, marketing automation, and information architecture requirements with regards to best practice and client regulations for each project Inform strategic recommendations through audits, inventories, tracking plans, and technical artifact development To produce these outcomes, I need to: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Simantel policies, procedures, and standard workflows across all service lines Partner with Strategists to understand recommended approach and translate that into actionable plans Document requirements and ensure adherence to workflow process and dependencies Support content publishing Stay update on industry trends within digital channels including web standards (user interface standards, privacy, tracking, usability, and accessibility), paid and owned media channels, and marketing automation
