Interns will have the opportunity to network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly Lunch and Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. Each internship offers a meaningful experience and impactful projects you’ll be able to discuss with future employers. At Medica, we look forward to our Summer Internship Program each year.  The Business Analyst Intern will support the Public Sites 2.0 (PS2.0) initiative, a strategic effort to modernize Medica’s unauthenticated digital experiences (e.g., Medica.com) to improve member self‑service, content findability, and digital performance. This internship is a digital product-focused role where the intern will contribute to research, analysis, and documentation that inform information architecture, content strategy, UX design, and CMS modernization efforts outlined in the PS2.0 strategy. The intern will work closely with Digital Product, UX, Marketing, and Analytics partners and gain hands-on experience in data-driven digital product development within a regulated healthcare environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Throughout your internship, you'll gain exposure to Digital product strategy and execution UX and information architecture best practices CMS modernization initiatives Cross‑functional collaboration in a large enterprise environment Data‑driven decision making tied to measurable business outcomes

Requirements

  • Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed
  • Interest in data, analysis, and problem solving
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI preferred, but not required
