About The Position
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a full-time Digital Banking Specialist at their Newport, NH location. This role involves a variety of duties supporting all digital banking products and services, including online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and telephone banking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma of Equivalent
- Ability to work as a positive team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous banking experience desired
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to internal and external customers in support of online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit services.
- Process daily reports for online banking including new enrollments, closed accounts, and records with no open accounts, as well as mobile banking reports to add mobile deposit.
- Participate in projects, new product offerings, and system conversions related to digital banking products and services.
- Become knowledgeable in all aspects of online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking.
- Work with key vendors when troubleshooting issues related to domestic and international wires.
