Job Summary: The Audience Operations Intern is among the first to engage with clients and prospects looking to use our audience data to reach the companies and people they care about, through primarily paid-media initiatives. This role offers helpful guidance in achieving campaign objectives, and works collaboratively with both clients and team members to maximize value for all stakeholders. In this role, expect to work directly with industry-leading Fortune 500 companies and top 50 advertising agencies, from around the world.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer service oriented; responsiveness to inbound requests is critical
  • Passionate about data
  • A clear communicator. Methodical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to successfully operate autonomously, and as a member of a team, to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Currently pursuing final year in Bachelor’s degree from 4-year University
  • Interest in the digital advertising ecosystem including ad serving, Demand Side Platform and Data Management Platform technologies. (The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Social Channels, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate delivery of custom data audiences to ad-buying platforms
  • Maintain proper documentation of all audience deliveries
  • Support customer growth through email correspondence and troubleshooting consultation
