About The Position

The Digital Asset Manager is responsible for the governance, organization, and lifecycle management of digital content and website assets across the firm’s digital ecosystem. This role ensures that all Tidal and client website content, marketing collateral, regulatory disclosures, product materials, and multimedia assets are properly structured, compliant, accessible, and aligned with brand and business objectives. Operating within a regulated financial services environment, this position plays a critical role in maintaining content accuracy, audit readiness, version control, and alignment with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all digital assets supporting client, corporate, and product websites, including imagery, PDFs, disclosures, landing page content, and multimedia
  • Oversee website content organization within the CMS, ensuring structured taxonomy, tagging, and metadata consistency
  • Maintain version control and archival protocols for regulatory disclosures and time-sensitive materials
  • Ensure asset alignment with brand standards and approved messaging
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure website content meets regulatory standards, including SEC, FINRA, and applicable jurisdictional requirements
  • Maintain documentation of asset approvals, publication history, and usage rights
  • Establish processes for periodic review and refresh of required disclosures and performance materials
  • Support audit requests with organized content records and version history
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CSM, Compliance, and IT to streamline website publishing workflows
  • Define intake, review, approval, and publishing processes for digital content
  • Ensure timely updates to product pages, thought leadership, and regulatory content
  • Serve as primary point of contact for CMS asset management and website content governance
  • Manage integration between DAM and CMS platforms
  • Develop and maintain metadata schemas that improve website search functionality and user experience
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated, duplicative, or non-compliant assets
  • Monitor website asset performance and recommend structural improvements
  • Track image licensing, content usage rights, and vendor agreements
  • Ensure proper storage and documentation of third-party assets
  • Mitigate risk through structured archival and expiration protocols
