About the Role: As an Tutor at Tutor Me Education, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP). We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Chino, CA Details: In-Person Tutoring in Chino, CA Schedule: 45 hours a month, 2 sessions a week, 1 hour Rate ranges from $25-$35 per hour Ideal Candidate: Experience teaching or mentoring high school students, preferably those with ASD and ADHD Strong proficiency in 3D digital art tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, or similar software Background in digital art, 3D modeling, sculpting, and/or animation fundamentals Ability to balance creative exploration with structured, skill-based instruction Patient, consistent, and able to provide clear guidance and feedback Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students Experience supporting focus, organization, and task completion in students with attention challenges Passionate about developing student creativity and long-term artistic growth Why Tutor Me Education? Requirements

• Experience teaching or mentoring high school students, preferably those with ASD and ADHD
• Strong proficiency in 3D digital art tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, or similar software
• Background in digital art, 3D modeling, sculpting, and/or animation fundamentals
• Ability to balance creative exploration with structured, skill-based instruction
• Patient, consistent, and able to provide clear guidance and feedback
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
• Experience supporting focus, organization, and task completion in students with attention challenges
• Passionate about developing student creativity and long-term artistic growth

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction in 3D digital art, including modeling, sculpting, and foundational design techniques
• Introduce and guide the use of industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or similar tools)
• Support development of technical skills alongside creative expression
• Break down complex digital art processes into manageable, step-by-step instruction
• Create structured yet engaging sessions that promote consistency and skill progression
• Support long-term portfolio development and artistic growth
• Encourage creative exploration while maintaining focus on foundational skill-building
• Provide constructive feedback to build confidence and improve technique
• Incorporate structured routines and clear expectations to support focus and engagement
