We’re looking for innovative, tech-savvy artists and educators to guide students in grades 3–12 through the evolving world of digital creation—from foundational skills to portfolio-level work. Requirements

  • A practicing digital artist, designer, illustrator, animator, or creative technologist
  • Comfortable working with a range of ages from upper elementary through high school
  • Skilled in digital platforms and current industry tools
  • Passionate about helping students build both technical skill and creative confidence
  • Engaging, organized, and student-centered
  • Aligned with our mission to transform art education
  • BFA or BS in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Animation, Art Education, or related field required

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced teaching students in a digital lab setting (1+ year preferred)
  • MFA or Master’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging weekly digital art classes for students in grades 3–12
  • Guide students in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate), digital drawing tablets, graphic design, digital illustration, animation, or related platforms
  • Support middle and high school students in developing portfolio-quality work
  • Introduce creative problem-solving, visual storytelling, and design thinking
  • Foster a studio culture that encourages experimentation, critique, and growth
  • Communicate thoughtfully with families about student progress and creative development
