About The Position

Serves as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications and developing and optimizing their applications to achieve Sutter operational goals. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas and collaborates across teams without direction to support and develop the application.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 years recent relevant experience
• Must be very knowledgeable in a variety of system analysis techniques and about the organization's policies, industry best practices, procedures, and business operations.
• Has knowledge that extends beyond the assigned application.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Time and Attendance, Accruals, Payroll, Scheduling, Union Contract Analysis and UKG Pro is highly desired.
• Possesses and maintains professional proficiency or certification in supported applications if it is available.
