About The Position
Serves as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 year recent relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro WFM
- Strong experience supporting timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes
- Experience configuring pay rules, schedules, accruals, and labor rules
- Experience in heavy union populations analyzing and building pay rules based on collective bargaining agreements
- Scheduling in both acute and non-acute areas
- Knowledge of workforce management best practices and payroll compliance concepts
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
