About The Position

This position is responsible for performing network and server maintenance and support, as well as installing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting software applications. Serves as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• Attains professional proficiency or certification within 3 months in supported applications if it is available.
• 1 year recent relevant experience
• Must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, industry best practices, procedures, and business operations.
• Has knowledge that extends beyond the assigned application.
