About The Position

As the Digital Analytics Manager, you’ll be a key member of Best Buy’s Digital Intelligence and Optimization team, with a focus on supporting Best Buy’s efforts in the eCommerce category, marketing and digital product teams. You will play a key role combining business acumen with an analytical mindset to provide insightful and actionable business intelligence based on digital user behavior. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. What you’ll do Actively partner to develop effective relationships with related groups in Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital Product Management to facilitate and manage efforts across teams to turn insights into action on the site. Provide merchant, marketing and digital product teams in-depth reporting and analysis of clickstream data that provides insights into key behaviors such as engagement task completion rates and more. Present user behavior insights and findings for decision makers in Ecommerce, Marketing and IT Management. Estimate financial and/or customer experience impact of site changes or features based on visitor behavior data. Recommend improvements to digital experiences based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Support and enable key partners on developing measurement strategies, defining key results, and ongoing reporting/analysis. Basic qualifications 5+ years of experience working in digital analytics or related area Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc.) Experience with SQL or similar languages and joining data sets in platforms like Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau Preferred qualifications Understanding of visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau Experience with administration and implementation of analytics products Familiarity with experiential analytics tools such as Contentsquare Familiarity with concepts of digital product management and digital marketing What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in digital analytics or related area
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL or similar languages and joining data sets in platforms like Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau

Nice To Haves
