Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics, insights, or business intelligence within retail, eCommerce, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect analytics insights to business outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing acquisition funnels, retention metrics, and loyalty program performance.
  • Proficiency in SQL, GA4, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership through data storytelling.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with creativity and rigor in approaching challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex data and inspire action.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver insights on customer acquisition channels, conversion drivers, and first-purchase behavior.
  • Track retention metrics such as repeat purchase rate, churn, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Analyze customer behavior, channel performance, and commercial trends to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
  • Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, channel mix, and ROI of marketing investments.
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and models to streamline analysis and enable decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for merchandising, marketing, operations, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across the organization, influencing stakeholders with compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.
