About The Position

ADT is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Digital Analyst to support the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of our digital measurement programs. In this role, you will partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, deliver reliable reporting, and generate actionable insights that help stakeholders understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or data analysis roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience with tag management concepts and tools (GTM) and comfort collaborating on tracking specifications and data layer requirements.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports in Tableau or similar tools - automate reporting where possible – to support ongoing performance reporting.
  • Conduct funnel analysis, conversion tracking, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis to identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Communicate insights through clear narratives and visuals; provide recommendations that balance business impact and implementation effort.
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, UX, and Technology teams to define KPIs and measurement plans.
  • Translate business questions into analysis approaches and reporting requirements.
  • Support senior managers in delivering clear and concise insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform data QA and ongoing monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics data; investigate anomalies and coordinate fixes with technical partners.
  • Assist with tag management and data collection troubleshooting, including validation and documentation of tracking requirements.
