Requirements

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at corporate owned and operated McDonald's restaurant.
The Digital Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to be the subject matter expert (SME) of the Digital Platform.
This person should understand the importance of our Digital Ambition as well as the significance and impact executing as designed has on the business.
As a SME the Digital Ambassador will assist customers with downloading and navigating the McDonald’s App.
They will ensure the crew are properly trained on all Digital platforms; including MyMcDonald’s Rewards and Mobile Order & Pay (MOP).
Often time the Digital Ambassador is the GEL.

Responsibilities

Help guests download the app and redeem rewards or deals
Educate guests on ROA, the benefits, and how to ORDER AHEAD
Answer questions and assist with troubleshooting
Assisting in ensuring service crew are properly trained on all Mobile Service Procedures and can execute in the Drive Thru, Curbside, or Dine In Table Service
Explain downloading McDonald’s App and place a mobile order from start to finish
Know what offers/ rewards are available on the app and let customers know!
Be able to navigate the app, utilize all functions, be able to explain all benefits, and troubleshoot any concerns
Be friendly and personable while demonstrating top-notch customer service and hospitality
Empathize with expectations and feelings of the guest
Look for ways to assist, like helping a guest placing an order
