We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who thrives on using data, creativity, and curiosity to optimize performance marketing campaigns across search and social platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Ramsey Solutions’ brands. This role is perfect for a digital marketer who’s confident managing campaigns, curious about testing new ideas, and ready to grow into a more strategic performance role over time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management
- You’ve worked in paid search and/or paid social advertising
- You’re both analytical and creative — comfortable using data to drive decisions
- You’re proactive in learning new ad platforms and optimization strategies
- You’re passionate about doing meaningful work and growing your career in digital advertising
- You enjoy collaborating with others to make great ideas even better
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Continuously test creative, copy, and targeting to improve performance and efficiency
- Partner with creative, email, and organic teams to align messaging and strategy
- Track and analyze performance metrics — turning insights into clear, actionable next steps
- Monitor competitive trends and emerging ad opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to refine full-funnel digital strategies
