About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end Amazon advertising efforts for a fast-growing consumer brand. The Digital Advertising Manager will own strategy, execution, testing, and optimization across Amazon US and Canada, driving customer acquisition, Toniebox adoption, and ecosystem engagement. Success in this position comes from a deep understanding of customer behavior, effective campaign design, and the ability to translate insights into measurable business impact. The role requires collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Marketplace, and Operations teams, particularly during peak periods like Prime Day and Q4. You will have the opportunity to influence both short-term revenue performance and long-term brand growth while working in a dynamic, innovative, and customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience with proven success in customer acquisition and growth.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Ads mechanics, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, TaCos, ROAS, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns using keyword targeting, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and manage campaigns across multiple priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Marketplace teams.
  • Experience with Amazon US is required; Amazon Canada experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Amazon Ads strategy and execution across Amazon US and Canada, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and emerging formats.
  • Develop campaign structures and targeting strategies based on customer segments, acquisition goals, and creative-message alignment.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize new customer acquisition, repeat purchase behavior, and overall advertising efficiency.
  • Lead testing and optimization across keywords, audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Marketplace teams to ensure advertising supports brand positioning, seasonal campaigns, and inventory alignment.
  • Oversee advertising strategy and execution during peak periods, including Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, and Q4, analyzing performance and applying learnings to future campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, category trends, competitive benchmarking, and advertising ROI.
