We're looking for someone who gets excited about testing new tactics, optimizing toward ambitious goals, and building a team that does their best work. The Role We need a Digital Advertising Director to lead a team that sets the standard for how Break Something runs paid media campaigns. You'll manage a team of advertising strategists while running several high-stakes client campaigns. This isn't just about execution. We want someone responsible for staying ahead of new platforms, techniques, tools, and AI innovations, figuring out what's worth adopting and what's hype, and making sure our team has the skills and processes to deliver exceptional work. You'll work alongside partners to develop media plans, guide creative testing, optimize based on performance data, and make sure every campaign we run reflects Break Something's reputation for smart, bold advertising.
