General Summary: This role works in partnership with the Principal Digital Adoption Leads and journey stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement across Unum’s digital platforms. This role primarily acts as a project manager for tactical outbound adoption campaigns while coordinating digital content creation and supporting the field to improve the end-to-end user experience across internal or external audiences. You will help execute on digital awareness initiatives, synthesize data to craft compelling adoption stories, and equip stakeholders with omnichannel resources to promote digital behaviors along with client platform readiness. With a primary focus on cross-functional partnership, this role leverages established enterprise and field-level strategies to effectively direct customers toward sustained digital engagement.
