The Barcode Group is looking to hire a qualified, energetic, and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join our exceptional team of individuals who are passionate about delivering uncompromising customer service and driving business growth for our clients. This role works closely with internal teams and vendors to manage strategy and execution within Amazon Vendor Central and other eCommerce platforms to help drive digital sales and growth for our clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail, CPG, digital merchandising/eCommerce channels, or client/account management with Amazon experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors to influence outcomes
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and the constant change that comes with operating in the fast-moving, ever-changing world of Amazon
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting and exceeding established goals and deadlines; manage work in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment; high level of attention to detail, data integrity, and quality
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Amazon Seller & Vendor Central Platforms

Responsibilities

  • Work as a liaison between vendors and Amazon platforms, managing operational issues such as disputing & root causing chargebacks, creating and executing Amazon shipments, addressing shipping challenges, and monitoring account health performance and remedies
  • Build strong relationships with internal & external partners and speak as the client-facing point of contact for all operational and content related conversations providing proactive client communication on issue resolution
  • Responsible for business analytics including reporting and forecasting to provide performance data, business drivers and actionable insights to vendors

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to help support profitable sales growth and excellend client support
  • Research SEO keywords to help surface the products to more customers
  • Develop expertise on the Amazon ecosystem and client brands to provide the most relevant and timely strategy recommendations
