Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • 2+ years of campaign management with strong SEM/SEO knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • A creative, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and platforms while meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted advisor for clients, delivering data-driven insights that elevate campaign performance.
  • Audit and enhance PPC campaigns, build pacing reports, and run A/B tests to fine-tune results.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting—weekly, monthly, and ad hoc—to keep clients informed and confident.
  • Join client meetings, present findings, and work cross-functionally to align strategies with goals.
  • Shape SEO strategies and provide reporting that drives visibility and engagement.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues using best practices and fresh ideas.
  • Partner with sales to grow accounts and maximize campaign impact.
