About The Position

Everyday Health Group (EHG) is looking for a high-energy Sales Hunter to join our Pregnancy & Parenting team. We don't just sell ads; we help solve one of the pharmaceutical industry's most expensive and critical problems: Clinical Trial Enrollment In this role, you will be a dominant force in the women’s Health and Pediatric landscape, leveraging the massive reach and first-party data of What to Expect and BabyCenter to help Pharma companies and CROs find the right patients at the right time. You will be a key architect in driving enrollment for a diverse range of studies from maternal health studies and pregnancy exposure registries to pediatric clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital media healthcare sales, including new business development, pipeline management, and consistent achievement of revenue targets. If you are a strategic seller who understands the digital conversion funnel and want to join a high-growth, high-performing team, this is it. Reporting to the Director, Business Development, Patient Recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience including 2 or more of proven digital media sales success (clinical research/pharma preferred)
  • Experience selling digital media solutions to achieve client goals (e.g., registrations, enrollments) and track performance
  • Experience in solution/value-based selling
  • Experience with healthcare or similar highly regulated clients (pharma/patient recruitment experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Office, and Microsoft Office - PPT, Excel and Word
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, highly regulated sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Build a lucrative book of business by introducing innovative recruitment solutions to top-tier Pharma brands and CROs for EHG P&P's digital patient recruitment solutions through prospecting, lead generation, and new account development
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business within Pharma and CRO accounts, leveraging strategic media plans to solve complex patient recruitment challenges across women’s health, pregnancy, and pediatrics.
  • Actively manage and expand your sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at CROs and pharmaceutical companies
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, actively managing pipeline to ensure accurate projections and revenue attainment
  • Collaborate with legal to review and negotiate SOWs and MSAs
  • Collaborate strategically with internal teams (account management, planning, marketing) to optimize client campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Provide client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development
