About The Position

To ensure that quality diabetes self-management education is delivered through a coordinated and systematic process and ensures accountability and continuity of the education process.

Registered Dietician needed for Multispecialty clinic.

Requirements

• BS in Nutrition or Nursing
• Organizational skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Decision making skills.
• Stress management skills.
• Prioritization skills.
• Current professional license in the State of Florida
• Current professional registration for registered dietitians
• Certified Diabetes Educator required within one (1) year of date of hire or transfer into the position.
• 1-One year of any of the following: -Diabetes Management and Self-Management Education -Teaching experience -RN Clinical Experience

Nice To Haves

• Master's in nutrition or nursing.
• Less than one year - Diabetes Management and Self-Management Education
• 1-2 years - Teaching experience
• 3-5 years - Clinical Experience
