About The Position

Overview Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Dietary Prep Cook to join our team. We are looking for a cheerful and enthusiastic cook who is eager to seek out new cooking methods/principles and incorporate them into existing dietary practices. Full Time Benefits Starting at $16.00 / hour PTO: 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick (roll-over) Personal Days 7 Paid Major Holidays - Double time paid when worked. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Knowledge of Dietary procedures
  • Batch Cooking
  • Sanitation Knowledge
  • Proper Knife Skills
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed
  • Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Nice To Haves
