About The Position

We are currently seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our Culinary Team as the Food & Nutrition Services Manager. This position will be responsible for compliance with all governmental and company regulations concerning staffing, food storage, preparation, handling, along with all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

  • Food service experience: 2 years
  • Restaurant management or similar experience: 2 years
  • Must be able to cook for large groups
  • Possess excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
  • State Food Sanitation Certification
