About The Position

Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic & talented Dietary Manager Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). We treat males and females ages 6-21 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency related illnesses. http://threeriversmidlands.org/ The Dietary Manager Key Responsibilities include: Plan, direct and coordinate activities of the Dietary Department to provide quality care for residents and employees and to ensure regulatory and dietary guidelines are being met. Maintains and tracks inventory. Develops employee schedule and collaborates with HR in corrective action when needed. This is a working supervisory role. This is a Full-Time position, primarily Monday-Friday with varying hours based on need. Some weekends and holidays for coverage if needed. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
ServSafe Certification required.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a high volume, food production setting, preferably in a hospital or institution setting.
Must possess knowledge of basic math, the ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to estimate food requirements;
Ability to disassemble, assemble, operate and clean equipment.
Ability to interact with all people.
Some risk involved in the event of aggressive/out-of-control residents.

Nice To Haves

Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent preferred.
