As a Dietary Manager, you will contribute to providing superior patient care that exceeds industry standards and patient expectations. This role involves overseeing the standards and procedures of food preparation, menu development, service, equipment, sanitation, infection control, and employee safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the menu, food, and service, as well as preparing, ordering, and maintaining accurate and sufficient inventory. A key aspect of the position is ensuring the facility remains compliant with all health department, TJC, state, and federal regulations.
