About The Position

We’re looking for a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) who takes pride in creating exceptional dining experiences while leading a team with purpose, energy, and heart.
What You’ll Do
As our Dietary Manager, you’ll lead the full food & beverage operation for our Assisted Living and Memory Care building —balancing quality, hospitality, and operational excellence.
Create a high-quality dining experience that residents look forward to every day
Lead kitchen and dining teams to deliver consistent, welcoming service
Plan menus that offer variety, nutrition, and resident satisfaction
Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgets with strong attention to detail
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Recruit, train, and develop a strong, engaged culinary team
Be present in the dining room—connecting with residents, resolving concerns, and elevating the experience
Partner with leadership to support community events, tours, and overall success

What You Bring
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
2+ years of food service or culinary leadership experience
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and kitchen operations

Requirements
