Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Responsible for preparing and maintaining the quality of all food served.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the kitchen, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
  • Daily Production: Assist with daily food preparation and production, ensuring that meals are prepared in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Plate Presentation: Focus on the aesthetics of plate presentation to enhance the dining experience for residents.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Support the maintenance of a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
