Requirements
- Prior dietary aide or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and staff
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation, serving, and cleanup
- Ensure residents receive nutritional meals that meet dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety and infection control guidelines
- Work closely with the dietary team to create a pleasant dining experience for residents
- Assist with special dietary requests and meal modifications as needed
