About The Position
Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to support our dietary services department. This role plays an important part in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Prior dietary or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Friendly and respectful when interacting with residents and staff
- Ability to meet health, background, and screening requirements
- Weekend availability required (not every weekend)

Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service
- Deliver and retrieve meal trays in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes and safely operate kitchen equipment
- Follow dietary guidelines, food safety, and infection control standards
- Support the dietary team with additional tasks as needed
