About The Position

Dietary Aide Program & Location: Women's Addiction Treatment Center (WATC)/New Bedford Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour(Experience Dependent) Status: Per Diem Shift: Weekdays or Weekends 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 7:00pm Must be able to work every other weekend. More hours could be added on after summer. Requirements

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work
Must have the ability to work with chemically dependent, dully diagnosed and clients with other behavioral health issues

Responsibilities

Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Regulations
Knowledge of Infection Control standards-hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, blood spill kits, etc.
Food safety certification required within the first year
Preparation and serving of assigned meals following approved menu by the Nutrition Committee
Opening/closing duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned by the Site Director / Program Director / Director of Dietary to insure safe and appropriate operation of the facility
