Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY Performs all duties related to sanitation of kitchen, dining and prep and storage areas. The employee is primarily responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions in the general kitchen area including but not limited to walls, floors and work surfaces. The employee will also assure that all kitchen equipment, tools used for preparation and service are cleaned and sanitized according to policies and procedures and within compliance of regulations set forth by State, Federal and Accrediting Agencies. The employee also assists with service of meals to residents, including tray assembly, delivery and removal. The employee is primarily responsible for the accurate and efficient service of the children’s meals within compliance of their diet. The employee may also be required to perform or assist in other Health Care Dining Services activities to families, guests and other catered events. The employee must at all times adhere to policies and procedures and comply with regulations set forth by State, Federal and Accrediting Agencies.
