About The Position
The Dietary Aide position at Heritage Woods of Plainfield involves serving high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, taking into consideration their dietary preferences and restrictions. This role also includes preparing dining areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gatherings and meals. A key aspect of the position is assisting in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen, while strictly adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide is expected to engage with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere that reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
