About The Position
The Dietary Aide is responsible for serving high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions. This role also involves preparing dining areas to create a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gatherings and meals. The aide assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. A key aspect of the position is engaging with residents compassionately, fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere that reflects values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
