Requirements

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a customer service mindset
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a skilled nursing environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver meal trays to residents accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with meal setup and tray collection
• Ensure resident meal tickets and diet orders are followed correctly
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and tray carts
• Follow infection control, food safety, and facility guidelines
• Communicate resident needs or concerns to dietary and nursing staff
• Support the dietary team with additional duties as assigned
