About The Position
The Dietary Aid is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions, in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Previous experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
- Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis
- Serving food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- Clean work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers
- Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room as instructed
- Assist cook in preparing meals
- Distribute and collect menus
- Obtain food supplies for the next meal.
- Deliver food to designated areas
- Assist in checking diet trays before distribution
