We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Diet Technician Assistant to join our Dining and Nutrition Services department. The Diet Technician Assistant will be responsible for c lerical duties and data entry for clinical and food service use. Dining room supervision of tray service to clients. Diet Technician relief. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.

Requirements

Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Basic computer familiarity.
High School Diploma

Responsibilities

Inputs clinical client related information into computer.
Inputs selective menus into computer.
Receives incoming calls for Nutrition Services and follows through until resolved.
Records all diet changes, admissions, discharges in computer and book and follows through with corrective actions.
Performs typing as needed.
Performs data entry for Nutrition software program.
Distributes/delivers via walking or driving menus to various sites throughout facility.
Supervises tray distribution in HM dining rooms.
Performs new client interviews on HM and SG units.
Assists clients with menu marking when needed.
Works in kitchen in case of emergency.
